Guarantee Refund Steps:

1. Please contact us (via email or live chat) to initiate the return, via your shipping service, within the initial 7 day period (starting after receipt of the goods) to be eligible.

2. You must ship the return to our “Contact Us” address & provide tracking information for the refund. Once we receive the items, Patientopia will return the entirety of your funds back to you (minus any shipping costs).

 

In addition to our Satisfaction Guarantee, Patientopia will honor returns in the following scenarios ONLY:

1. If ordered item(s) are out of stock. 

In which case we will let you know within 3 business days, to ask if you’d like to wait on the arrival of your out of stock goods. We also reserve the right to issue you a full refund outright, if necessary.

2. If your item(s) arrive missing or damaged.

In which case, you must provide proof of such via email/live chat. You have 7 days from receipt of your goods to initiate the return.

3. If your item(s) have shipped, but have not arrived 30 days after your Latest Estimated Delivery Date. 

In this scenario, Patientopia will need proof of non-delivery. For example, If our systems show successful delivery, you must prove otherwise.
